Our promise on quality — and how perishable goods work.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we handle returns a little differently from a typical shop — but we'll always make it right if something's wrong with your order.

Our Freshness Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 4 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Eligible for replacement / refund

  • Items that arrived spoiled or not fresh
  • Damaged or leaking packaging
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Not eligible

  • Perishable items that have been opened or partially used — for health and safety we cannot accept these back
  • Issues reported after 4 hours of delivery, as freshness can no longer be verified
  • Change of mind on perishable goods once delivered

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method or as account credit, typically within 3–5 working days. Contact us if you have any questions about your refund status.
